Has your home or place of business been contaminated by someone who was recently diagnosed as COVID-19 positive?
All American Restoration Offers Coronavirus Remediation in New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania & Connecticut.
The COVID-19 pandemic has individuals and businesses scrambling to protect themselves from contamination. The contamination from this biohazard can last up to 9 days on certain surfaces and the continued spread of the disease has led to a growing number of fatalities.
All American Restoration, an industry leader in microbial, toxin, viral and bacterial removal is here to meet your Coronavirus disinfecting, cleaning & remediation needs.
As microbiological remediation experts, COVID-19 was naturally on our radar from the start. President Michael Rubino created a dissertation which you can view here, in hopes of educating local and state officials of opening the economy safely and responsibly at the very onset of the threat.
We understand what viruses are and how they can transmit from person to person through the air and on surfaces. At the onset of the impact to our nation, we quickly created an outreach program to help disinfect our first responders vehicles and train them on disinfecting so that they had the tools to stay safe and continue to help others. You can view some of our charitable contributions here. Around this time we noticed every company jump on the bandwagon from air duct cleaners to janitorial companies. Frankly, these are individuals who know very little about microbiological remediation offering services that do very little to disinfect and protect others. That’s why we have a responsible remediation strategy that disinfects responsibly utilizing the science for microbiological remediation available to us as well as the constantly changing medical reviews coming to light.
Here’s what we know:
- The virus is mostly transmitted through droplets, but can become aerosolized as well. We recommend installing air purifiers in your establishment that have the proper filtration and technology to remove particles as small as 7 nanometers. Installing an air purification device directly into the HVAC system is most effective, however, where not possible standalone will provide better protection than no units.
- Because the virus is mostly transmitted through droplets, disinfecting fomites or surfaces most likely to be contaminated by their exposure to others, is paramount. We recommend constant cleaning protocols of your home, front office, front of house, and places where people interact. We also recommend deep cleaning once a week by a professional company like ours to disinfect the entire space that can become contaminated due to the virus becoming aerosolized.
- Covid-19 Disinfecting should include wiping and not just fogging. For the same reason that hand washing is recommended for 20 seconds, the agitation process of wiping is what is most effective in eliminating viral contamination and not just the disinfectant.

We use a series of engineering controls to regulate the air pressure in your home, office or warehouse. Doing this allows all infected materials, as well as the air to be disinfected by using our vapor washing technology. Our vapor washing process ensures that our disinfectant has enough dwell time on all the surfaces of your home or office.
We follow this up with our 3-stage wipe down process in our Coronavirus disinfecting process. This is an important step to curbing the spread of this virus.
Throughout the entire Coronavirus cleaning process, our technicians wear fully encapsulated personal protective equipment (PPE) and full-face respirator masks.
We utilize our same technology to clean our equipment, trucks, and waste storage areas to avoid cross-contamination.
The Coronavirus is an enveloped virus, which makes it is one of the easier viruses to disinfect if the proper protocols are followed.
Researchers show that EPA registered products that are effective against non-enveloped viruses will be effective on enveloped viruses such as the Coronavirus. For this reason, we are using our vapor washing and 3-stage wipe down technology on applying disinfectant for the sake of removing the contamination of the virus from the environment. This is an important step to curbing the spread of this virus. We are dedicated to providing rapid response to apply disinfectant using our rigorous technology to ensuring the safety of our clients.
We use CDC approved and EPA registered industrial-strength botanical disinfectants with a broad spectrum kill claim. All infected materials as well as the air are disinfected using our All American Restoration vapor washing technology as well as our 3-stage wipe down process in disinfecting Coronavirus.
We are pioneers in removing microbial, chemical residues, bacteria, viruses, pathogens, allergens, and biotoxins. We will lean on this experience as your Coronavirus cleaning company.

Coronavirus REMEDIATION / ENGINEERING
Our management has a combined 45+ years in the remediation space where we perform on average 75 technical remediation projects per year. Our projects range from working on a 2,500 sq foot home to a 50,000 sq foot commercial property. We have not only developed the most technically advanced process in the country to remove biohazards, but we have perfected state-of-the-art engineering controls and containment to contain certain areas. We have vast experience in building pressurization to ensure regardless of the limitations, we can provide the proper pressures in each zone to prevent cross-contamination. This is important when building quarantine zones or disinfecting contaminated spaces while maintaining a clean environment in the other spaces of a building which are not contaminated. Cross-contamination is the main culprit behind spreading an infectious disease.
Our 3-stage cleaning process includes vapor washing to bind with airborne contaminants weighing them down and causing them to fall to the surfaces. From there, we are HEPA vacuuming all surfaces to remove airborne contaminants. Lastly, we are wiping down surfaces in a 3-man succession using a registered disinfectant and microfiber towels. Each surface will be cleaned with 3 separate microfiber towels where after they are immediately discarded. This is the most comprehensive process ever developed in the remediation space and has been successfully utilized by us over the last 3 years since its inception. We are using this same process in our Coronavirus remediation efforts.

Compliance & Guidelines
When looking for a company to provide Coronavirus disinfecting and remediation, it’s vital that you choose a company following CDC & WHO guidelines to disinfect from COVID-19. All American Restoration is also fully OSHA complaint.
General Duty Clause, 29 USC 654, section 5(a)(1) requires that all employers protect their employees from recognized hazards:
“Each employer shall furnish to each of his employees employment and a place of employment which are free from recognized hazards that are causing or are likely to cause death or serious physical harm to his employees.”
The Coronavirus is currently not listed as an exception to recording an occupational related illness in CFR 1904.5(b)(2). If an employee contracts COVID-19 through exposure on the job site, or from a co-worker, it is a recordable on the OSHA log for that business. In the event it results in days away form work, inability to work or fatality, this is also required to be recorded.
It is required that we contact OSHA to report a fatality or hospitalization if it is due to the Coronavirus. In case of a death, an OSHA investigation will follow and could potentially result in a fines if the company didn’t take appropriate measures by failing to share knowledge of said incident. As a Coronavirus cleanup company serving the New York New Jersey area, we follow strict protocol.
